Youth shelters offer young people and their loved ones help in five locations (Espoo, Helsinki, Tampere, Turku ja Vantaa) and online across the Finland.

Doors are open 24 hrs a day. If necessary, a young person can spend the night at our shelter.

Examples of the aid you can support

Offer Online Services:

The online support provided by the Red Cross Youth Shelters costs 4600 euros per week.

Provide Crisis Support:

With 3600 euros, you can ensure round-the-clock crisis support and a safe place for a young person and their family to stay during the Christmas holidays.
With 1200 euros, you can ensure round-the-clock crisis support and on-call assistance for the whole family, and Crisis accommodation and a safe place for young persons for one day.
With 60 euros, you will provide a young person or their loved ones a hour-long meetings with a crisis and family worker at the Youth Shelter.
